Attorney Frederickie “Rickie” A. Rizos, a Southampton, MA native, joined Parker & O’Grady, LLC in 2014 while attending Western New England University. Specializing in real estate law, business and corporate law, and estate planning, she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2017 and earned her Juris Doctor in 2021. During law school, she was on the Dean’s List every semester, served as Senior Articles Editor for the Western New England Law Review, and received multiple awards. Sworn into the Massachusetts Bar in December 2021, Attorney Rizos combines empathy and local expertise to make a meaningful impact on her clients.

Attorney Jerome D. Parker-O'Grady

Jerome D. Parker-O’Grady is the Managing Counsel of Parker & O’Grady, LLC, a firm co-founded by his parents, William J. O’Grady and Cheryl A. Parker. Raised in a legal environment and now leading the next generation of the firm, Jerome brings a deep sense of continuity and commitment to serving the community. His practice spans real estate, estate planning, corporate law, and litigation, with a focus on practical, client-centered solutions. Before returning to the firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, handling appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Public Policy. Jerome combines legal skill with strategic insight to guide individuals, families, and businesses through complex legal matters with care and clarity.

Attorney Tyler J. Kenefick

Tyler J. Kenefick is a dedicated attorney specializing in municipal litigation, criminal defense, and civil rights law. He began his career at the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a variety of criminal cases and rose to District Court Supervisor for the Westfield District Court. In 2022, he transitioned to civil litigation, focusing on police misconduct and wrongful conviction cases. As an Associate City Solicitor for both Springfield and Chicopee, Tyler plays a key role in civil rights litigation and municipal law. Fluent in Spanish, he holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University and a B.A. in Political Science from UMass Amherst.
